APPRAISAL FEES

Minimum base price: $50.00 per hour
Drive time: $25.00 per hour (if applicable)
Mileage @ 58 cents per mile (if applicable)

Photos, duplicate reports and other services required for appraisal are itemized and charged as needed. At least half of the total bill is due upon agreement of service via cash, check, money order or PayPal. Remainder of payment is due upon completion and before delivery of report.

CONSULTATION FEES

Minimum base price: $45.00 per hour with 2-hour minimum
Drive time: $30.00 per hour (if applicable)
Mileage @ 58 cents per mile (if applicable - subject to change)

DEPOSITIONS - EXPERT WITNESS - COURT TESTIMONY

Base price $150.00 per hour or fraction thereof (minimum $300.00)
Trip fee - drive time: $25.00 per hour or fraction thereof
Mileage @ 58 cents per mile

Other expenses, including lodging, meals and any additional fees will be itemized and billed as needed.
